IF YOU ARE 15 OR MORE MINS LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED

NO EXTRA GUESTS UNLESS IT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED

YOU NEED AT LEAST 40% OF YOUR EXTENSIONS STILL ON TO BE CONSIDERED A REFILL, OTHERWISE A FULLSET WILL BE CHARGED AND THE APPOINTMENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED WITHOUT A 24H NOTICE WILL HAVE TO SEND ANOTHER DEPOSIT TO BE BOOKED AGAIN.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT TWICE WILL RESULT IN HAVING TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT.
